This contract for Coffey Construction consisted of the design, manufacture and supply of 200 precast concrete columns with specialised design features including flared head for connection to in-situ concrete roof and shear connection details at base for connection to the floor slab. Using an offsite solution allowed for fast and efficient construction on site.
